"Green Cape Botanico" is a joint project of "Silk Road Group" and "Anagi Development". The residential complex is being built in a unique subtropical zone, near the Batumi Botanical Garden. The full financing of the project will be provided by the Bank of Georgia. The 1.5-hectare complex includes all the elements necessary for a complete relaxation and unloading.
