Park Home is the first residential complex of Anagi Development. According to the company, this is a project that covers 8,000 sq.m. of recreational space in Vake. An additional 2-hectare park will be created in front of the Park Home, together with the help of Anagi Development. The infrastructure of the complex includes a courtyard, green-space terraces, playgrounds for children and sports stadiums, a 25-meter pool, a fitness hall, parking, and lobby concierge services.

The ambitious project of the company "Anagi Development" is designed to meet the needs of the customers and offers them a premium class residential complex in the central part of the city. Park Home will consist of 3 independent 10-storey residential complexes with 3 independent lobbies. Recreational and sports areas will be built around these three residential buildings.
